DescriptionBy selling a shareholding, Bekto Precisa d.o.o. has become a member of the EMKA Beschlagteile GmbH & Co Group, the one of the world leading manufacturers of locking technology and expert in the casting of stainless steel, spraying of zinc and high-performance plastics.
EMKA Group has 9 production facilities in Europe, 1,600 employees and the product range comprises 15,000 articles which are exported to 52 countries worldwide.
By acquiring Bekto Precisa, EMKA has expanded the product range on manufacturing plastic and non-ferrous metal injection molding tools as well as the sports and automotive industry.
Bekto Precisa continues with the business under a new name: EMKA BEKTO.
Being part of the Group has adopted EMKA standards and thus empowered its business.
EMKA BEKTO is a company with decades of business experience in the production of highly sophisticated industrial tools for plastic and non-ferrous metals, combinations of metal-plastic, as well as many products that spraying of plastic which are widely used in many industries and everyday use in life.
EMKA BEKTO has grown into a company of European format which covers more than 50,000 square meters, over 200 modern machines and whose factories employ about 400 people.
